In the manufacturing and logistics centre of the Kantonsapotheke Zürich (KAZ = Cantonal Pharmacy Zurich) at Schlieren, medicinal products ,among other things, are manufactured according to GMP for the Canton of Zurich. For the quality control, the KAZ required a new isolator to perform sterility tests. pixon could support the KAZ in the procurement as well as the creation of a device specification for the new isolator. To meet the requirements, the isolator is equipped with an air sampler, a sterile test pump, a particle counter and an integrated decontamination system.
